Gary McArthur
Director
Gary has been in love with plants and nature since his childhood, with 40+ years experience in garden design and a BSc in Amenity Horticulture and Landscape Management. Gary spent many years as a University Lecturer for Hadlow College in the UK and has run several gardening businesses, garden centres and landscape design companies, specialising in Natural Swimming Pools over the past 10 years. Gary has a unique knowledge based on his academic, entrepreneurial and practical experience. Matched with a genuine love of anything gardens, he’s always happy to help!
Nikki McArthur
Marketing & IT
Nikki coordinates the marketing, IT, software design & social media – she’s in charge of anything computing and office based. In her spare time she’s also an author, editor, marketer, lecturer & a mother of 5! Lecturing in IT gave her a strong grasp of computing, which she’s developed over the years in running several businesses. Nikki runs the popular A Mother in France blog and has released 2 books; “I’ve got something to say”, an anthology with Womans Voices SW France, and, “What have we got Toulouse – A family moving to France” her first solo book, available now on Amazon.
Gary & Nikki also own and co-manage Moulin d’en Bas, offering holiday rentals, courses and retreats in yoga, mindfulness and garden design in South West France.
